I will never buy a phone from Best Buy again. I went in Tuesday to claim the insurance for my phone because the screen has become unusable. I had to schedule an appointment with Geek Squad to come back on Thursday. I went in and payed the deductible, which cost me $200. Not a problem, a new phone costs $600 and Best Buy promised to send it overnight. Well that overnight delivery promised to me has become a 4 day shipping. Worst customer service! I bought a 70 inch TV less than two years ago and the color is already fading! I called the store and someone told me that the tech would be out next week to repair it for only $100. The tech called me that morning told me he could not come because we were out of warranty. My whole day was wasted and they would not give me anything for my inconvenience... their tech did not know what he was talking about and the store manager Lou did not even have the decency to call me back himself. My mom bought me a tv & Opened the box and the 2 legs were not in the box. called the store told me to bring the entire TV . Cause they had to exchange it. My husband took it back in the box to the store. They told him $42 for the legs!! I will not pay for legs that are supposed to be included with the TV. Today I am calling whoever I have to.. I will take the TV back& get my money back if they dont give me the legs!! UnBelievably Crazy!!
Tired of so called technology stores that don’t know anything. Worse thing is when you ask a yes or no question and they say I think so. Just say you don’t know and find someone who does. But then again we found some who did that they still gave the wrong answer. Had to waste hours on a return because no one had the right answered even though we bought the extra protection.
