Went in to buy a TV for the first time in 20 years and the staff was simply excellent. Andrew Radomski spent a good 30 minutes patiently explaining all the features and benefits of the various systems. Once we had decided on the best TV for our family - Andrew handed us off to John Walsh to complete the check out process. We just moved into a new house, my old house had Internet ports thtoughout the house this one does not, I had no idea how to get my Internet in the new house, employee at the store spent 20 minuts with us came up with a game plan, sold us the wireless router, WiFi dongle for my desktop and WiFi extender, told us how to hook it up, we got home and 30 minuts later I have Internet throughout the new house, I can't thank you enough your instructions was spot on down to the order of which component I should install first, I am co... read more
went early this morning to see if I could get a Nintendo. Your Danbury store had 16 but the managers gave out tickets on Sunday to people who came a day early. UNFAIR TO THOSE WHO DIDN'T KNOW WE COULD HAVE SHOWED UP YESTERDAY AND GOTTEN THEM!
Went to Best Buy to buy a Fire Stick they told me they didn't have any. Why... you're an electronic store. They told me they could order it for me but couldn't ship it to my house. Why? They sent me a text saying it was back ordered and to check my email for details. Never got an email. I called they said they had no idea when it would be in.
