i made a return to best buy and noticed that it wassn't the complete amount. the box was never opened. i have called and sat on hold for an hour-i timed it-wait time was 3 minutes by the recording. i have requested copies of my credit card and have never received them. i haven't gotten any help whatsoever from the company even though a sales man admitted that i didn't receive the full refund. i now have to make a complaint with consumer affairs because i've gotten no where. i'm very dissapointed-this has been going on since ... read more
RecommendedWhile I may not recommend the online customer service for BestBuy the company, this store's team definitely goes above and beyond to help its customers. Had an issue returning a keyboard/mouse with the online company website team not being helpful. The store team allowed me to drive up, return the item (had my receipt) all without having to get out of the car or take my 2year old out of the car during the current pandemic. Huge thank you from a local customer, and appreciative father.
Shout out to Andrew at the Danbury Best Buy. Extremely knowledgeable and articulate on computer and video technologies. Gave me great information on the next laptop I will need and multiple options ford streaming video to social media sites from the WPKN Radio 89.5-FM studios where I host Jazz and Soul On Ice. Mikey Newton It's gonna pop off in the studio this fall!!!
I came in for my appointment at 10 AM to pick up my computer. After a long waiting time, I find out that the Geek Squad Staff won’t be in until 12 Noon. Tell me what’s wrong with this picture.
