I will never shop at this store again. The manager is one of the worst I've ever encountered. I purchased a television, when I opened the box to set it up, I discovered the screen was damaged. I went to my local store wanting to exchange it, and was told because I purchased it at the Woodbridge store I had to go there. At Best Buy in Woodbridge, VA I purchased a 40in Samsung UHD Smart TV Flat screen on 3 July 2017. On 18 August 2017 the smart tv hub disappeared and the ability to turn the tv off/on or adjust the volume via the remote or manually totally disappeared. Take note, the TV could be exchanged or replaced up to 14 days after you purchased it. Always great when I go here everyone is super helpful.
It was alright... Picked up my pre-orderd S8+ and the phone got messed up in the process, so I had to pick a different color... After 3h I walked away with my new phone.
Its a great place to shop. Customer service and products are great.
