Got an email telling me my computer was repaired. Went in to pick it up. Was told I need to make an appointment for later in the day or tomorrow to pick it up. Really? All I needed was for them to put it in my hands. Such nonsense.
Randy Cox, the so called manager , denied me my return. when I asked to see the posted return policy, he went I. the back and got it. I said how am I supposed to see a policy that is not hung. he said you should have gone to our website...huh?
I highly recommended to all Best Buy customers not to buy TV warranty from Best Buy. Costco is much better than Best Buy on warranty. They will replace TV if you had a issues. They will try to come and fix it one time and if your TV is not able to fix it then, they will fix it issue on the spot. Not like Best Buy. Also, Employee Randy was rude. I had a couple of times bad experience. They are only collecting money and never fix issue. Best Buy is Worse service on Return policy.

I needed to pickup an online order and went there Tuesday morning at 10:30. It wasn’t busy. However, I stood at the store pickup counter for over 15 minutes & no one helped me. A number of employees walked right by me with no acknowledgement. I even asked one for help & was ignored. The fair lakes store is so much better. Friendlier staff, better store design, cleaner. I’ve had a number of bad experiences at Woodbridge & will never return. Oh, I also canceled my order.
Can never get help in this place everyone scatters.

Best Buy? more like worst buy. I've had better customer service at a morgue. Yet you claim to having living souls working here. After 35 minutes of ZERO customer service reps (I like to call them walking corpses) asking us if we needed help we decided our time is probably better spent anywhere else. What a shame you have some of the very best in products yet the absolute worst in customer service.
