Once again. I was going to buy a hotspot and have no idea what to do. I was helped by a girl. Who has 0 patient. Tell me she doesn’t know about how phone plan working with hotspot. And tell me call the phone number on the back they will help me. What’s the reason for you position? You could just put a sign their, call the phone number on the back.
Service after the sale is very poor as there is NO customer support after the sale. I would NOT recommend Best Buy to anyone.
I had such a great experience at this Best Buy. The Camera section is great with so many models that aren't at the other Best Buy stores. Also the staff that works in that department are very knowledgeable. I purchased a camera there and wasn't quite satisfied with it. I wanted to exchange for another one. The exchange process was simple and the managers really helped me out and didn't charge me the insane 15% restocking fee, saving me $500! Looks like @BestBuyOverlandPark, @BestBuy, #BestBuy are going to lose me as a customer like many others. Returned/Exchanged an un-openend Google Home that I received as a gift for a Amazon Echo Dot. Both items are Everyday Priced at $49.99, but they only gave me a credit of $29.99 as they said that was what the Google Home had been on sale for in the last 30 days. I have tried numerous times to call your store, only for your system to continually disconnect!!
We went in knowing what we wanted from a previous visit. The sales associates were knowledgeable and prompt. Smooth transaction!
