I would give this store zero stars if I could. The 1st time that I placed an online order I waited on curbside pickup for nearly 20 minutes before I went it and got the product myself. 2nd time I placed an order (10/21/20) I went in to pick it up. They said they were still looking for it. Over an hour later I asked for a refund. They conveniently brought my product up while getting the refund. I was just denied entry to this store for being medically exempt from wearing a mask. I even offered to get my drs note. He said he didn’t care and I need to get out now. I have called 5times now and can not get anyone to answer the phone to talk to a manger when their site says you do not have to wear a mask if you can’t for medical reasons
I purchased an automatic start from Best Buy and had it installed in my car 3 years ago. I recently lost the remote and purchased a replacement from Best Buy and attempted to schedule a service appointment. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Left with expensive repairs due to installation. Bought a dishwasher and had them do the installation. Now there’s water damage to my kitchen and basement and they have done nothing but pass the blame on. When I went into the store yesterday I was assured that somebody would get back in touch with me about what was going on and i have heard nothing in response. Best customer service best prices
This is the absolute worst store. Do NOT buy anything open box from here because they will sell it locked and then try to tell you it wasn’t and you are out several hundreds dollars. Ashley as a manager you are terrible.
Do not buy any Apple products here. I bought an open box Apple Watch and it was locked to the previous owner’s iCloud account. Ashley claimed the watch was sealed in the box and could t have been linked to someone else’s account. They will not take it as a return. Basically she is insinuating O bought a watch and locked it to someone else’s account. I have a receipt. Incidentally, I tried this watch on in the store... apparently in defiance of the sealed packaging. Check the footage Best Buy.
