Love the staff and management at Spring Meadows store.... always friendly and helpful. HOWEVER...no one answers the phone at Geek Sqaud extension. Also no phone option for customer service needs.
Rude employees! Never come here. They have no respect for their costumers at all!
Had a wonderful experience dealing with Greg in their computer department. He got me a great deal on a MacBook Air! Would recommend him to anyone shopping for a computer.
This is the only best buy I will go to they actually know how to help people have a great manager and geek squad I drive 45 mins from my house to get to this store over the one I live by
First. AND Last time purchasing anything from Best Buy. The customer service is beyond a joke. Geek squad is a joke. I've had my washer and dryer for a month and it's been nothing but a headache. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!! RUUUUUNNN far away.
This is the second time I have been in there and you do not have in stock in store, I bought over $1.000 pc had to run over to Monroe St to get it, came in tonight to buy 55" TV for 1,500.00 again we have it on Monroe St. (not running way over there to get it ) plus you would not go down in price, for having to run all the way to Monroe st, which is at lease 45 min drive from my home, my son bought a TV there and they lowered the price and worked with him.
