Pre-ordered my Galaxy S5E tablet a week before release date and given an ETA of release date April 26th. BUT WAIT, then it changes to sometime between the 26-29th. I call and get some canned response. So, on the 28th I check ETA, says "arriving Monday 29th. Wake up Monday, it says they'll notify me when it ships! I pre-order and it still has not shipped? I should have ordered from Amazon!
They were my 3rd stop looking for desktops. And the sales women was extremely helpful and got me something for what I need for a great price.
Customer service was great. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Good shopping experience.
They lied about when my order would come in and then said the only way I can get an alternative - after I patiently waited 2 weeks - was to give up the discount I originally had on my previous order.
