8/6/2020 Srikant said he/she was a real person but I am not sure. Very slow response to all of my questions took 2-4 minutes to answer. Did not seem to understand English. Very frustrating and was not helpful. Also - when I tried to book my own instore appt online - I didn't see where I could do that. I called the Apple Valley, MN Best Buy store, chose Geek Squad #3 and the phone rang for at least 10-15 times but no response. Very poor service.
