Plenty of salespeople in the store. I made my purchase decision without any assistance. Went to the front registers only to find no one there. Waited several minutes for a cashier to appear. Why make it difficult for me to part with my money?

My mom and I came in tonight and Donavon helped us pick out a phone for my mother. He was extremely helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions and trust me, my mother had A LOT. These 5 stars are specifically for Donavan. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We will both return just based on his service!

Normally have good experience at Best Buy, love the price matching. Went there today for a cell range extender. Cocky manager said they would only match brick and mortar stores within a 5 mile radius, must be a new policy. Store I was trying to match was Wilson amplifiers. Went back in and since Wilson’s is brick and mortar and is 5 miles from the Missouri city store he begrudgingly accepted price match. Remain Best Buy customer but never again from baybrook.

Went to this Best Buy to get a specific TV that clearly showed was in stock. After 30 mins of trying to find said TV, they can't seem to find this huge 65" tv that clearly shows is in stock on their system. Was offered nothing for THEIR screw up and basically was told sorry and oh well it's not here. Awesome customer service if you ask me!!

I don't buy many electrics but this was always my first choice. I've noticed poor customer service over the last 4 years . Today I was told that I could not get a refund on a purchase bucause it was over a month ago even though I had a receipt. I've worked in retail for many years, if a customer has a receipt and the product is still in the package then you give them a refund.
