Big box gone bad......After years of being a religious customer and thousands of dollars spent, as of today, I will no longer spend my money at best buy. Dropped off my computer at the geek squad because it was running slow. Was told it would be ready to go in 24 to 48 hours tops. Well 3 days later and no returned calls, I come in to find out they need to ship my computer out and it'll be 7 to 14 days before they'll know what's wrong with it. My printer was hungry and was demanding ink refills. All needed cartridges were in stock.
Best Buy policy is that they will not hold product of any kind. I am sitting here now because they are holding an NES for someone. Is it the manager Lary's friend or maybe an employee? I dont know, but she told me that it sucks to be me and she will not release it. I also called corporate and they are supposed to be calling the store manager.
I get all my Camera's, any help with my tablets, laptops and fitness watches from Best Buy never have had any problems.... Awesome!!!

Let's me charge to my wife's account only when convenient for them. I'm on the account as well but they aren't trained well enough to look at that. If the sale is over 1k they will look past it but if it's not a big enough sale they want to say no or call my wife. Never consistent. I talked to best buy corporate and will be getting a call about them looking into this and gave them the employee name who let's me charge one day and not the next.
