I came here to purchase a sound bar for my TV and I waited almost a hour and asked three different people for help and everytime they came to help they didn't know how to work the system are they directed me somewhere else even talked to the manager and still it seemed like he didn't care so now I have to drive to the park meadows store because they r the only store that has my sound bar I wanted in stock hopefully they help me better than this store did
I placed an order for pickup and it wasn’t supposed to be ready until January. They had it ready before then so I added my husband to pick up the order for me. He is my designated store person. He had all of the information needed, and when he arrived, they wouldn’t him get it. I called this location and was told they had iPhone 7 screen protectors so I drove to this store. I’m loyal to Best Buy because I’m originally from Minnesota and that’s their corporate HQ. The gentleman who assisted me showed me the insignia brand glass screen protector which said iPhone 8. I told him, this would not work and he said it would.
