I have tracked my repaired laptop to the East Northport store and now I can’t get it because the store is closed and there is no one to contact!!!!!
Well thanks to your terrible return policy you just solidified why I’m not going to be walking into your store again when I could just wait one day and buy from amazon. Amazon=Three months and they accept open returns. You can’t complete. 15 days and I only get store credit? You lost a customer for life. Oh let me make an edit because now you won’t take it back because a month later you discontinued the item so you won’t take it back and two of the items were never even opened. I went to return an unopened item I bought last month. I had a receipt. I was denied a return bc it was over 15 days. I asked for merchandise credit then. I was denied. I checked their policy online and apparently you have to spend $1,500 a year or more annually there to receive a 30-45 day return window. That’s discrimination and greediness. We came into Best Buy for a range hood microwave. The sales girl gave us a price of $199, fair but you always ask for the best price of open item. She comes back with $241? She said she told us $299 and may have made a mistake. So the manager said too bad we must have heard wrong, both my wife and I heard wrong. Bad idea!
We had a refrigerator delivered. When it showed up it had a big ding in it. After 3 hours of waiting on the phone, customer service was rude and disrespectful and the best they could do was replace the fridge....in a week. After waiting for the fridge for a week to begin with. Do not get your appliances from Best Buy.
Went to East Northport store. The employee Anthony from the Geek Squad went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much. You have an amazing employee there. Kudos
