I went to the Bose factory outlet in Deer Park try to return a pair of headphones I had a dispute with the manager in the store he told me that the headphone sounded okay to him I know for a fact that one of the headphones on the right side was not working he did give me my money back and didn't offer any other products or anything else to accommodate me it has left the horrible taste in my mouth in reference to Bose products which I was using considerably often up to this point I wish bows would stand behind their name and ... read more
