I went to return an unopened item I bought last month. I had a receipt. I was denied a return bc it was over 15 days. I asked for merchandise credit then. I was denied. I checked their policy online and apparently you have to spend $1,500 a year or more annually there to receive a 30-45 day return window. That’s discrimination and greediness. I bought this as a gift and now I’m stuck with it. Absolutely horrible. I was going to buy a computer today but I walked out and will be buying it directly from Apple. Yup that’s right you lost a significant sale over a $25 item.

We came into Best Buy for a range hood microwave. The sales girl gave us a price of $199, fair but you always ask for the best price of open item. She comes back with $241? She said she told us $299 and may have made a mistake. So the manager said too bad we must have heard wrong, both my wife and I heard wrong. Bad idea!

We had a refrigerator delivered. When it showed up it had a big ding in it. After 3 hours of waiting on the phone, customer service was rude and disrespectful and the best they could do was replace the fridge....in a week. After waiting for the fridge for a week to begin with. Do not get your appliances from Best Buy.
