Your customer service for Geek Squad Ins is not what it used to be. You now need an appointment. Went in not one if the reps were waiting on anyone but still made me 2 hrs for the next appointment I live 45 minutes away will be considering alternatives to Geek squad

Last time I will ever get to that store. You can tell they are are paid with a commision base because they only try to sell you products as expansive as can be not what you need and they can and when I asked a question at the register on a trade in program I was told to call. I tried calling and guess what the store does not take calls. What store doesn’t take calls??? They are too important for customer calls ? Do not shop at Best Buy Bethel Park Pa After 3k in appliances purchases sold me a dented Up above range microwave. I paid the installer they removed it from the box dented in. I already paid so called the store quickly and was told to take photos & could get some money off of it. I got to the store the manager refused to help me. Told me remove it and bring it back. DO NOT buy your appliances here and this is why: I purchased 3 brand new Kitchenaid appliances when we renovated our kitchen. They sold me a warranty and 2 of the 3 Kitchenaid appliances have broken. I’m on repair #5 for the refrigerator in less than 12 months. Best Buy has done nothing to help and said the repairs have to go through the manufacturer Whirlpool, who is even worse than Best Buy. On Feb 11 I purchased a Samsung 43" TV from Honolulu Best Buy (Alakawa St) and received outstanding service from 2 Customer Service Agents : Jon and a supervisor, Zachery. Zach was fantastic in the way he assisted his less experienced colleague (Jon) and they worked vey well together. Today, Ely, from the Geek Squad came to set-up my new smart TV and again, the service was so professional and quite exceptional. My husband and I visited the Best Buy Store on Prien Lake Road in Lake Charles on Thursday, 12/15/22 to purchase a Series 8 I-phone for his Christmas present. The person sitting at the front asked what we were shopping for; I told her, to which she stated she would put us on the queue, and whenever an associate was available, they would come to us.
