We have had three dishwasher installations scheduled. Hum.... still no show! EDIT: As of 11/11 make that 5 installations appointments scheduled and still no dishwasher or calls! I have now bypassed 5 hours spent on hold attempting to resolve the problem. No explanations, no solutions .... just reschedule me for another day.

The Knoxville Town and Country Best Buy is impossible to get ahold of. I tried calling 7 times over two hours and could never reach anyone. I was just trying to store pickup a printer that it said they had in stock, pickup available within an hour at this location, and it never left the "preparing status", but my other item I set for store pickup at the same time did. Now Best Buy is definitely on my list for bad products and bad customer service. They do not answer their phones after 4 minutes and the new Panasonic microwave I purchased about 2 weeks ago failed this morning after noticing problems earlier with the digital control buttons. It beeped when done on food in there this morning but would not stop and the buttons on front could not stop it so finally had to open the door a little. Could not reach plug to stop but this will definitely be going into trash. Will notify manufacturer... read more

went to buy a gaming computer. they denied my check. called to find out way. because I don't a record of shopping with them before. well I was my first time there now it's my last time there. guess I will take that $2000 sale to some place that wants new customers
