Customer Service is Absolutely AWEFUL. I had tried twice to purchase a laptop on two separate occasions and could not receive any help from an associate, they just kept passing me from one person to the next. I have tried to call the location and speak with Gm several times and can not seem to get anyone to answer the store phone. I 100% do not recommend this location!
I have a lung disorder which makes it difficult to wear a mask because I can't breath. Which technically stores are not allowed to ask me about due to hipaa violation. so just to comply with the stupid laws I wear a mask, sometimes I just have it below my nose still covering my mouth so I don't pass out from not being able to breath. ive called 3 times today and waited on hold for 45 minutes and still no answer
I ordered something online and it’s supposed to be here today. I tried calling but absolutely NO extension will get you a live person. The “new” store hours and shopping methods suck! I’ll use Amazon from now on.
RecommendedA couple months ago I went to this Best Buy and had a Geek Squad tech tell me he “hopes he gets Coronavirus for the antibodies.” Total turnaround when I went yesterday. Very impressed with their system for helping people and keeping people safe. Everyone was very friendly and polite especially considering how hot it was outside where they were having customers wait before entry. I’ve rarely had a bad experience at this Best Buy.
I really enjoyed my buying experience here at Best Buy. I came into Best Buy a couple of weeks ago and spoke with Luke in computers. I went in today to purchase a MacBook and printer. Luke went above and beyond and his customer service skills are off the chart. He got everything set up for me making my experience exceptional.
too big of a Hassel to get in to buy appliances went to Lowe's . rude people if you don't want to open your store for customers then dont that's fin but I'm not waiting 30 min for handler to pressure sales.
