I looked online for a part and the website said there were 3 of the item I needed in stock at a local store. I went to New Hope Commons to buy the wiring harness and a new radio for my car. I had to literally hunt someone to help me. Then I found out they didn't have the part in store even though their computers also said they did, but tried to explain it away saying it was probably on a truck headed to the store. Poor customer service. Didn't know his or herdepartment very well(I went several times). Items were posted on line as in Stock item in store and not being there. Not to mention I think they were way to understaffed
