Did you know Best Buy will not handle a warranty claim, even for equipment purchased and installed at their store? Ridiculous. They sold me a car stereo that went bad in just five months, but I have to go through the manufacturer to get it replaced. Best Buy has lost my business for life.
I would recommend best by Twenty One the staff there are very professional very eager to help I had a very pleasant experience
They need to finish their installation jobs and not expect customers to pay extra just to finish their installations. Also, don't just assume I'll pay for $900 for unnecessary equipment and think we'll just not notice.
Quality electronics and better good prices
Had an appointment at 5:30 to have a radio installed. Its 8:15 and it still isn't finished. The appointment was for 90 minutes. Soon will be 3 hours.
Extremely poor customer service every time I’ve been there. Just left this store about 20 minutes ago for the last time. I went to purchase a desk top computer. Made it a point to go early so they wouldn’t be busy and there would be PLENTY of available associates to help me. I walked in the store around 10:15am. There were very few customers in the store and quite a few Best Buy employees standing around talking and laughing amongst themselves.
