Got my computer there had a problem with it aND the geek squad took care of me
So unwilling to help exchange a t.v. that came out of the box broken even though I have a receipt. Really unfortunate customer service. Buyer beware and check anything you buy before you leave the store. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Is it possible to reach help with this company? I received a package I did not order and I am trying to get customer support. Impossible it seems.
