Don't go in unless you have an appointment! Can you imagine that? You now need an appointment to be waited on!
Never really liked the service here before but there were a few good employees. But after hearing about firing employee in Auburn for assisting law enforcement, army veteran. January 2019. I will never shop here again. How ludicrous a policy.
Today makes the 3rd missed appointment to deliver and install our appliances. It’s been 3 weeks since we bought them, and now we’re rescheduled to next Wednesday. When we called to talk to the store manager, we were told that they were “very busy” and would call us back. Yeah, right. This is the third time and have gotten ZERO phone calls from them about it. Even corporate doesn’t seem to care about their awful customer service. Waste of time, waste of money, and so sick of waiting around all day to see if they’ll show up.
Was treated like crap with the geek squad in Sparks, Nv and the Reno Virginia store totally made up for it.
The entire staff doesn't have a clue about customer service or they simply don't care. It would take a miracle for me to spend one more Penny at that store - period.
