Cashier freaked out because my mask wasn’t to her standards, won’t shop there ever again!
I would not suggest to buy a phone here. They jacked up my activation to the wrong carrier day 1 which no one could fix and I had to figure out (locked it to wrong carrier, rep put old sim in new phone). They misrepresent their exchange policy which they don’t/can’t do with cell phones at least, only return. Also if you need to port your number then hold the device or you may be screwed out of the number and apparently ability to close the account since that device is how you prove to the carrier you are who you say. Crazy.
Brought my computer in as I had a problem did not bring the cord to plug it in as last time they told me I didn’t need to bring it in and we had to bring it back home this time they said I had to come all the way back to Council Bluffs Iowa and then go back and bring my cord like they don’t have no cords in your store I mean you got them on the shelf don’t be so cheap it’s ridiculous
They don’t stand behind their products. we bought a complete kitchen appliance set We bought all LG products, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave We’ve been unable to boil water on the stove top!
Bought a $500 PC from Best Buy and yet they couldn't bother to tell me that the Anti-virus I purchased for $50 and the Office 365 that I spent $80 on HAD to be downloaded within a certain amount of time or it would expire. 😡😡 NO WHERE on the package does it even say this! You pay for software, it should be good until you download it.... whether it's a week later, a month later, or a year later! F*** you Best Buy...
Just placed order via your 1-888 number and was very unhappy with the outcome and rude sales rep. Spent 2 hours on the phone and was told no I cannot speak to a manager.
o stars----been trying to resolve an issue with you guys today have been on phone 4 hr. sent countless emails and talk with 11 people ,what a way to run a business ,hopefully i can find a problem solver in person. thanks for nothing Bill priest
I was in there twice today dealing with new iPhones & the guy who helped me the second time was extremely helpful, Ozzie, he worked with me for almost 45 minutes making sure everything was correct. He didn’t get frustrated & was very kind & helpful. After helping me finalize the iPhones he walked me over to help with another purchase!!! He killed it today!!!
