Not sure if this all of the stores, but nobody at this location seems to know how to answer there phone. Waited 15 with the line just ringing before i gave up.
Horrible experience! Bought car audio products from Lincoln. They were unable to install in Lincoln for well over a month. I agreed to go to Papillion to ease up the calendar in Lincoln and honestly so I could get my equipment installed. The management staff was beyond unprofessional when a problem came up. I've never had a problem with Best Buy and customer service. You should however avoid this location.

got a galaxy phone which went back within 14 days cause of something under protector. Manager stated it was a cheap film that came with phone, I stood my ground they gave a proctors for my phone. In the box it clearly states "this device is packaged with a screen protector" know your products manager.
Get gift card as...wait for it...a gift, from family who simply knows I'm techy and I can't redeem it for the one thing I would actually want from this place. Tell Circuit City I said hi.
Went in to see the new Samsung Active watch. It just released today. Website says it has 3 of the 4 colors on display. After standing at the watches for over 20 minutes someone that doesn't even work that department asked if we needed help, not ever the 2 employees standing 5 feet away at the door would do that when they helped someone that was FURTHER from the door than we were. Brought back a battery backup because it keeps shutting off. Customer service looked it up and said it was outside of the 15 day window. She picked up the one I had brought back and opened it and shook the box so it fell out and slammed on the counter. She shoved it back in the box and hands it back to me and says now you have to go through the maker for the warranty. Went to plug it in at home and now it won’t turn on.
Best buy isn't selling CDs no more. Go to homers they have a way better selection anyways.
16 days out of their return policy and I own a paper weight that resembles a computer. They used to stand behind the products they sell.
