Worst service I have ever experienced... will not ever go back. Manager had the worst attitude... Don't know how he still has a job. Then when I tried to speak to someone about it nothing was done. I dropped everything I had and left
I should've known better, but gave them a shot anyway! Gave me the wrong product. Impossible to get someone from that store to answer phone!! Frustrated beyond belief!
Best buy is great very helpful, but the geek squad there is just dumb ! I brought my phone in to get it fixed and 3 minutes into looking at the phone they told me I had to go to Madison to get the solution fixed !! I read forums and did it my self so thanks geek squad you saved the day hahaha!
We bought a laptop for our son for Chistmas. We had it about 1 month before it started acting up. Every once and awhile it would actually turn on and work. I brought it into the Geek Squad and was greeted by the worst associate ever. I asked him to look at it and told him what it was soing. He said $150 to look at it. Went out to Best Buy this morning because they were to receive a shipment of Nintendo Mini's in. Got there at opening and the parking lot was full, so I knew I was out of luck to get one. I had to pick up something anyway so went inside and asked about the mini and yes they were gone. I did hear a customer discussing this with what I believe was the manager. Sales guy Trey was exceptional. So was the guy at checkout. Answered all of my dumb questions about XBOX vs PS4, (which I had purchased elsewhere). I purchased 2 additional games based on his recommendation. Was totally surprised by this experience.
Went to Dubuque store Saturday Nov 26th and the only answers I could get from anybody was "I don't know" from three different people. They didn't even try to find the answer. If that's the best they can do I will just go somewhere else.
Amazing job on Black Friday! We were in and out in 30 min due to how organized and well the process worked! All the other stores need to take notes!
