F*cking ridiculous. I ordered two items on 12/1/19. Got confirmation they would ship on 12/9/19. Get another email on 12/10/19 that they aren’t going to ship until 1/9/20 as apparently i they are now back stocked. This is so stupid that it wasn’t posted on the item page that this was for. Not one indication that it would be late shipping. I planned to give these to my fiance for our anniversary and for Christmas and thought a month would give the company plenty of time to send it out. They ruined two expensive iPad screen protectors while they were putting them on and refused to stand behind them. When a complaint was made they stated that they didn’t care if we didn’t like it or if we didn’t come back and they didn’t care who we told about it.

I stopped in today to investigate the Phillips Hue bulbs. As I stood there staring at the selection, Bryant asked if I had any questions. I asked a simple one which he answered easily. He must have been able to tell that I really didn't see why these were so cool, so he gave me a demo from his own phone of how he controls his 50+ lights in his home. I was sold. Purchased two iPads and two Logitech folio cases/keyboards in July. A salesperson we worked with on this purchase specifically told us those cases were compatible with the iPad Air. I verified with Logitech that they are NOT compatible with the iPad Air. Now, both of the cases broke in the same exact spot and now I'm out $160. Think my next electronics purchase next week of a Go-Pro, MacBook Air and a TV will definitely not be at Best Buy.

Took a product back with the receipt. They would not take it back, no refund, exchange or store credit. We previously opened it but soon realized it was not what we needed. Perfect in package yet, Said they don't refund opened electronics. Hmmm. Very disappointed.
