Terrible customer service, I was beyond patient with the customer service team and computer department. Employees were rude and disrespectful. Swearing at customers...really?? 0 stars would be a much better rating for this store. Convenient location in my neighborhood but I can wait 1 day for anything I want from best buy and get it from AMAZON. Not returning to a best buy location after this. AMAZON gets all my business now.
When you been in Best Buy for 20 minutes and not one sales associate asks if they can help you. But you're ready to purchase 2 laptops and a camera... Bye.
Not sure they could make it any more difficult to spend money. I just wanted to buy a computer and did not need help other than to get it out from behind a locked cabinet. They made me put my name on a list and wait 15 minutes for a blue shirt only to find out they were sold out in. 30 mile radius. Really? You couldn't proactively mark the stuff you do not have in stock as "not in inventory"?
