Recommended5 STARS I had an issue with an electric range I purchased on line stating it was available in store for pickup and was new. After getting it home I noticed it was an open box. I called and spoke with Brett a manager there. She was very apologetic and understood my disappointment. She called the corporate and called me the next day and informed me that they would ship to my home and install a new range. And they made it right by charging me the open box price for a new range! I have NEVER in my life seen poorer customer service than this Best Buy. I don't know if the corporate/online retail doesn't communicate with local store or WHAT but, they need to get a serious grip on their business. I have been without a dish washer for three weeks even though I purchased AND PAID FOR a new dishwasher THE DAY my old one died. Couldn't schedule timely delivery/installation. Drive forty minutes to come get a TV that's not even here. Stick to online people let this one die like the one in Beaufort
This store is small, but always clean and well stocked. The staff is always very helpful. My husband and I were in today so aggravated with a Best Buy online customer service department issue that I didn't feel good about ever giving the company another dime, (and as elite plus members we give our share of dimes) but the manager Sean went above and beyond taking the time to listen to my issue and helping how he could. EXCELLENT customer service. He saved the company two customers today, and we feel much better.
