We purchased all of our appliances from this store and 3 yrs later, our LG appliance frig has broken. We paid Geek Squa Protection. Why, if no one will help fix it. The only thing the manager would do is transfer us, why? We know the number. Our recommendations is to not purchase Geek Sqad bc they won’t help you.
My experience will be shared in other avenues and with headquarters but the manager Brett who keep in mind wasn’t even in the day I had my issue lied on a recorded line. A recorded line that their own company let me be on the line for with the promise that I would put my phone on mute and just listen. She commented that I raised hell with every manager that day and threatened to call my lawyer so at that point they were not suppose to help me any longer. Worst experience. We were trying to get a replacement tv after talking to corporate. The “manager” said she was on hold for 3 hours trying to get in touch with someone, when we called to talk to corporate it took us 50 mins. There is no way it took them that long. The “manager” Taylor and all the staff was very rude and was not willing to help us. We were told we had to take our broken tv back with us, not get a new tv and had to come back to get a tv. You can't even go in the store. Everywhere else you can. It's a large electronic store. Home depot, Staples, Target, Lowe's etc. all able to go into. Best Buy your killing yourself.
Bought a computer it didn’t work. Called the manager who was very rude so i told him i just wanted to return it and that i wish I never bought it. His reply was me too!! And hung up. Terrible customer service!!
Zero customer service. Will not take care of you if there is an issue. Dump this garbage store where it belongs 🚮
Bought a gaming computer today as an early Christmas gift, customer service was great I got all the help I needed
