I don't find any Best Buy ever to be great..maybe 25 yrs ago but I can get better customer service and prices at Wal-Mart!
I had the greatest experience at Best Buy CDA today. I was shopping for a new laptop and updating my printer. I had one awesome guy walking me through some questions on the laptops who was super knowledgeable, another guy who gave me honest direction on printers, and when I checked out at customer service the guy was awesome going through extended warranty features with me very honestly to get the most bang for my buck.
