(Darren is deaf). Darren asks girl who works there where to find item we were looking for. Girl responds that since we are not wearing masks she will not assist us."
You have 2 employees wearing tattoos for anarchy and I won’t do business with such a place. When a tattoo is BOLD and on someone’s throat facing you directly...the Best Buy is unprofessional and uncool!
I am NOT happy one bit. I get home, 65 mile round trip to your store. Open email, to discover the sales person, Jason Burdette, lied to me about delivery date. He told me June 3, and I have a printout stating that. NOW I find, it is June 17. WHAT THE HECK!!!!!!! 3 WEEKS???????? IF I HAD BEEN TOLD THAT I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOUGHT IT. PRETTY CRAPPY OF YOU PEOPLE LYING TO CUSTOMERS TO GET A SALE!!!!!!!!!!!

RecommendedI stopped in last Saturday because my phone had died. Dustin helped me search my options to get a replacement in the most cost-effective way, including searching for refurbished phones, plus noting on our account that our daugther's phone was almost paid off. He and Derek were very helpful and easy to work with. I didn't feel any sales pressure and felt like they were really trying to help me get the best deal. I would highly recommend stopping by Best Buy before you go to the Verizon store up the street.
Three women walk into a local Best Buy and 3 women walk out of Best Buy after standing around for 15 minutes and weren't acknowledged once. Did I mention we wanted to buy a large amount of computers and monitors?? Best Buy lost A LOT of business today. If you're a man, you'll be served first, don't worry.

Don’t ever buy anything from Best Buy if there is a chance you want to cancel an order, I made an online purchase about 11pm last Sunday, canceled it first thing Monday am. Talked to an employee today. She said effective 01 Apr 18 all CDs will be packed up and shipped back. That's too bad. They could have had a big sale to sell them, make some money and get some store traffic.
