found what i was looking for but being brand new in the box the item didn't seem to work as it should. It's primary function seems to be fine but some of its UI is not what i think it should be. However faulty items aside the store seems to be a good one.
Just bought a tv at Best Buy within the last 2 1/2 hours to take it out of the box with a huge crack across the bottom. Best Buy states for $200.00 they will deliver us a new one! Is that really your Geek Squad and great customer service at its finest?.?.? Absolutely disappointed with Best Buy right now.
I just want to say the service from Nathan and Stanford at this store was exceptional.
Disappointed � Just bought an antenna adapter cable, got it home and the box was empty � I have one very unhappy Hubby�
I cant even get them to answer the phone!!! Never again best buy, never again
There was nothing available; I could not get whatever I asked for - I looked 2 specific cameras, unlocked iPhones and few laptop models, the staffs in BestBuy advised me to go and order online! I felt very sad.
