RecommendedPick up was fast. Nice, friendly employees and good service.
Today (4/3/20), I ordered printer ink online for curbside pickup. Witin 30 min. I was notifed that the product was ready, and within 1.5 hrs. I picked the product up at the store curbside. Slick. Thanks so much Rapid City SD BB.
They all could use some customer service training.
This is a horrible store only because disrespectful behavior like I received from Ilam is rewarded by managers like Nathan. Their computers are last-gen or older and increase in price even when newer much faster computers come out. This store has been taken over by LBGT millennials and you have no chance of decent treatment if you are a white, heterosexual, male 57 years old with any gray hairs no matter how much money you want to spend. My family has been going through what seems to be a battle just to get what was promised by this company! We brought an LG refrigerator, it lasted four years when the compressor went out. Best Buy would only do something if we had a store warranty. No longer buying any large items from Best Buy or LG.
I bought a computer less than 30 days ago, it won't turn on. They will not exchange it for the same thing. I have to send it to manufacturer or purchase something higher in price. It is a hardware issue that the geek squad diagnosed!
Not impressed with customer service I received today, and earlier this week. Which is sad because I typically have exceptional service. I hope that this gets turned back around.
