This place doesn't even deserve a 1! Don't buy anything from them with a protection plan because they won't exchange it out for you. I went to exchange my daughter tablet that I put a protection plan on because I knew I would need it. At time of purchase I clicked on the email receipt because that's the best way I can keep up with them. I showed the manager both of my emails and I was told that I still couldn't exchange with out an original receipt I tried telling him that this is how I got my receipt at time of purchase but... read more
I carry my computer in for warranty work and they upgraded my computer without my permission and now square trade refuses to pay for the work...even though they instructed me to go and get my computer fix by anybody that could fix computers.
Shame on y'all closing the doors right before y'all close. I wanted to pay a Best Buy credit card now it's late. I explained to the empolyee and he said no and walked away.. Really ?!? Turning down money ?!? Yeah ok thanks but no thanks.
Been trying to call your store over an hour. I KEEP GETTING HUNG UP ON!!!!
