I ordered a new phone. My order was confirmed, then I was told delivery would be delayed (understandable), then told item was ready for pickup with a window extending to Dec. 18. However, just 2 days later my order was inexplicably cancelled. After taking nearly an hour, I finally reached a store rep by phone. She confirmed that the order was cancelled but claimed she could not even contact the store to try to resolve the problem and that I would have to visit the store and find a manager to even see if anything could be done. Best Buy corporate 'Customer Service' was equally unhelpful. *&^(^!]

With South Carolina’s Coronavirus percentages reaching the top 3 in the WORLD this past week, I have got to give a huge shoutout to Best Buy in Anderson SC. I have seen NO other retailer taking the steps that this store has taken to keep everyone safe in this COVID19 pandemic. *Huge sign outside stating “You will not be allowed inside with ought a mask. (I was already covered) *Just inside the door, a greeters table were you must stop. Very friendly Rep to help guide customers, providing masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and more, to anyone needing them, along with a happy offer to direct you to what you need, and an offer to help in any way. *At check out, very socially distanced, with a cheerful employee stopping and speedily cleaning the counter and touch less key pad between each paying customer and ...apologizing for the 15 second wait. With a smile. Thank you Best Buy!!

Phone system at the Anderson and Greenville stores are horrible. You can never get to a live person in any department and you are constantly cut off or on hold for 20-30 minutes and then no one answers and you are cut off again. Both stores are this way. How hard would it be to have someone answer the phone and then direct your call to the right person or department?
