Wow! I wish I had viewed this before I gave this man a ton of money. In July we provided him with a check for half the cost of a new roof and a barn. He was a smooth talker. His word was his promise. Do not fall for it. We wrote him a very large check for this, trusting in what he had said. Again, what a fool we were. He took total advantage of us and our kindness. This is a scam business. He will take your deposit money and never build your building. I wish I had read the BBB reviews before I did business with this joker. Takes your money and never provides the building! Beware
****** ********** took my money over a year ago and never built my carport.He first came to my property in Chattanooga and took half down 1,000.00. Six months later he brought a cousin of his a ***** ******** in to help him. ***** came to my property and claimed to be an employee so I called ****** to verify. ****** verified that then told me that ***** needed the other half to buy the materials.So I got my contract out and got ***** to sign off on it : PAID IN FULL.. 9 15 2016 i gave ****** ********** $4000, that was 50% of the building he was going to put up and never has. he has lied to me a 100 times on the phone and last friday he said he was not putting up the building and didnt have my money and hung up on me. i filed a lawsuit with walker county today and they said good luck he has been to court and jail at 50 times. i would like to know how he has a business license
I signed a contract with this builder to built a sun room at my home On March 3, 2017. I gave a check of $ 2000 deposit (50% of total cost) that he cashed next day. According to contract the building project was supposed to be completed within 4-6 weeks of signing the contract. Today is July 10 and there is no sign of even starting of this project. I purchased a 25 by 25 metal building on January the 14th 2017. Travis told me it would be installed within 30 days it was a building that he had in stock left over from last year. today is July 2 2017 he is yet to set foot on my property every week he promises me next few days or next week . On 11-3-16, I purchased a building from Best Built with a $5000.00 deposit for materials. The original agreement was that it would take about 8 weeks due to ordering materials. The owner also stated, he was a little bit behind. After multiple calls and going by to try to catch the owner at the business, still no building.
