can they use our money to make the pool. or pool it for a hottub
I booked in April for a July trip. Expedia was still showing swimming pool, when in reality that pool hasn't been used in months even years. Pool and jacuzzi area was filled with used furniture!
Centrally located on the TC1 on the way in and out of Kamloops. Rooms are decent, spacious and well kept. Plenty of eating establishments within walking distance.
I called and asked if a room was available, and the lady immediately says "yes!". I show up 25 minutes later and she says I need a credit card to get a room. I don't have one. THEN she says "also I gave your room to someone else. It was the last one." Why didn't you tell me I need a credit card on the phone? And also why didn't you tell me there's only one room left? It's almost like you decided not to give me the room after eyeing me up, like I wasn't good enough for your standards or something. Because why would you ask me... read more
