I’ve attended Merie’s classes for the last 6-1/2 years. I enjoy the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the consistency, and the motivation. Small group classes foster friendship and accountability. Merie is an excellent trainer who pays attention to our personal needs and keeps us motivated to be our very best. I’ve never been as consistent with my personal fitness than I have the last 6+ years. I owe that to Merie!
