Horrible! The ladies on the phone were very rude and unprofessional. Dropped my son as a patient and said they won't reestablish the relationship because we missed 2 appointments. My question was, how do we miss appointments without being notified about said appointments. They said we stopped their text messaging service, which we didn't. I told them that text messaging is not the only way you can contact your patients, they couldn't give me a proof of records showing their attempts at trying to contact us, because they didn... read more
Love this place!!!
My son saw Dr. Josh throughout his childhood, and he only stopped due to adulthood. When it came time for my daughter to see a dentist, we would accept no one else. Best Bites is the only dentist of my kids' childhoods!!!
