All I had to do was have some papers notarized...you'd think I was asking for someone's first born. Rude, curt behavior, no wonder they have plexiglas installed. No next time for these folks.
Wow! So rude! So unhelpful! I called ahead to ask what I needed to bring. The woman on the phone did NOT tell me the correct information. When I got there, she wouldn't even look up to acknowledge my presence. I told her that I wished she'd given me the correct information BEFORE I drove there and all she could reply was, "It's not a big deal." No, not to her, apparently.
