Always come here for my auto repair needs and also smog check. Super friendly. Fair prices. Professional and knowledgeable. I also love that when I go in they always are kind to offer water or coffee and the seats are comfortable while you wait. Simple but adds to the experience.
Read all of the negative reviews. We should have before picking this place. My elderly father took his old 94 vehicle in because he has a check engine light. We have had issues with the age of his car at other places so when he dropped it off at Best Auto my sister called the shop to ask some simple clarifying questions. Nothing rude or confrontational, just basic knowledge seeking. I've been using the dealership for years. No longer under waranty and this was a recommendation from my in laws. Easy process, accurate recommendations for anticipated brake services (I already knew we were about 2 years out) and THANK YOU so much for finding the loose engine mount that the dealership missed last time.
I called to discuss replacing an air conditioner compressor in my Oddesey. I told him I just had the car checked out and he replied “I cannot waste my time, if you don’t bring it in” then he hung up on me! Worst customer service ever!
This business is operated by a husband and wife who are deeply good people. They were helpful, honest, upfront, explained everything in detail, charged a very reasonable price and showed me the work after completion. I HIGHLY recommend them!
