Good guys and vast inventory. Test drove a lot of vehicles. Not sure if I’m gonna to buy though because of low trade in value. Would recommend to other people. B
Worth the 70 mile commute from Athol. Bought new Chevy van and had my Ford pickup worked on. Best service dealership I've dealt with over the last 30yrs of driving.
Great deal on new vehicle, speedy paperwork process. Never been to a dealership that provides customer service that makes you feel like family. Very happy with my purchase and even happier with the customer service. Definitely would recommend this dealership and will purchase my next car from this dealership, as well.
Everything we did was made easier at Best Auto Bargain. The on-line site made it easy to shop from home and get an idea about what we were looking for. Then the sales was extremely helpful. He was there for questions and answers, but never pushed or pressured us to purchase anything. The purchase process was excellent as well. We were able to get very competitive interest rates. We were at the dealership for only about one hour and drove our new van home that night. Over all we were very happy customers.
This dealership was top notch! Owner went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the truck I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a truck the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Best Auto Bargain to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.
Not a good internet response. Asked them a question, the answer was not even close. Then I texted them and got no response.
Truck wasnt ready to be test driven even though i made an appointment, had rust over the bed not shown in the pictures and also had a sizeable exhaust leak.
They contacted me. I went with another dealer's car.
When i went there i found a different car and wanted to test drive.He told me the car was charging, for which i checked inside and noticed it had enough batteries to do a quick test drive.I live 60 miles away from Lowell, I left and email him later to ask to do a test drive next weekend when i could come back.He then told me i could test drive any time,I was already half way to my house.
