Friendly office staff with all the information you need. They also surprised meby telling me the best and cheapest way to have my house cleaned.Three members in uniform should up; introduce themselves and proceded to the top floor.The team leader checked behind everyone. Place was extremely clean!!!Than, a gentleman arrived in uniform from All Pro Maids, to inspect the crews work. He explained everything to me. Business runs like a hotel, even with toilet stripes. Good Job!!

I had them give me a price on the phone for several oriental rugs. Once the gentleman came he went over every rug and told me what they were made of and how to clean. He was so honest, he told me that the rugs do not need cleaning. I was surprised to hear that!! He cleaned the carpets upstairs and do a GREAT JOB. The best I have ever experienced.
Dependability, Very detailed, has been during carpet for over 10 years. He is IICRC certified and knows all carpets and makes suggestions. Let me know how to keep carpets clean and what to do if you spill something. I have called several times to ask questions, he gave me the answers on what to do. Excellent Carpet Cleaner.
