Had a great experience with Best Appliance. The freezer in my 12-year-old fridge wasn't getting cold enough and we noticed it at an inconvenient time just a couple of days before the New Year's holiday. The tech came out the day after I called and quickly diagnosed the problem as either low freon or a bad condensor. Highly recommend Best Appliance Repair! I had a fairly old but trusty Speed Queen that quit on my tenants. I called Best Appliance Repair over the weekend, and they were able to schedule a visit Tuesday morning. They showed up on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. The ordered part arrived and was installed by Friday. Slim was friendly and communicative the entire time. Invoices and updates were easily accessible via text/email.
