All I could say is outstanding! I called Best Appliance Repair and had a technician at my door in an hour. Slimane was knowledgeable, had the part I needed and had my dryer fixed in no time. He also gave me some valuable tips on caring for my dryer. He was great! Highly recommend this company.

Mike from BBM appliance was wonderful. He identified the problem with my refrigerator and dishwasher right away. He was prepared with parts on the truck to fix everything and did so very quickly and professionally. I would definitely use him again if the need arises.

Had a great experience with Best Appliance. The freezer in my 12-year-old fridge wasn't getting cold enough and we noticed it at an inconvenient time just a couple of days before the New Year's holiday. The tech came out the day after I called and quickly diagnosed the problem as either low freon or a bad condensor. A second, specialist tech, visited just after New Year's Day, topped off the system, and it now works perfectly again.
