My washer starting leaking out the back, and they were able to send someone the same day. Zed was courteous and professional as he showed me what was wrong with my washer. Alas, it seems my washer is on its last legs, but I very much appreciate understanding what happened, what my options are, and what costs are involved. Had a great experience with Best Appliance. The freezer in my 12-year-old fridge wasn't getting cold enough and we noticed it at an inconvenient time just a couple of days before the New Year's holiday. The tech came out the day after I called and quickly diagnosed the problem as either low freon or a bad condensor.
