RecommendedDecided to try out a new appliance repair after some dissatisfaction with previous one. Called Best Appliance Service. Pleasant person took the order. Frank arrived as scheduled and identified the problem of where the leak in the clothes washer was coming from. He ordered the part and was back in 3 days to install it. He answered all my questions and cleaned up the area completely. We have a new appliance repair service.

I had them out on a warranty service for my dishwasher. Lawrence was able to diagnose and fix it right away. The part needed was on the van and he was done in less than an hour. When he was finished he wiped down the appliance and cleaned up the work area as though he was never there. Very professional work. He also helped me out with another appliance issue which I asked him to take a look at. He notified his company and was able to provide a solution at a discounted secondary call rate. Anthony, the tech who came to do a complicated repair on our Samsung refrigerator, is personable, polite, and superbly expert. Having somewhat the same repair several times before and yet another breakdown, he explained why the other repairs went awry. He proceeded to do the job the right way. What a relief to have confidence that at last the refrigerator is working properly.
Great service from Best Appliance repair. I have a Bosch double oven and thought it had died. Thanks to Best and especially Dennis my ovens are working perfectly! They are efficient, called prior to arriving and stayed until the job was perfect - even cleaning my stainless steel ovens. I was really impressed. Charges service fee without fixing the problem, worst company ever, does not let customers express their opinions, just tries to bully their opinion on them.
Today was the second time Thomas from Best Appliance has serviced appliances at my home. Always on time and does a great job. Super company!!
