Update 8/24/2020: They had scheduled me an appointment for today so I called to make sure the appointment was still good and they had canceled the appointment without even letting me know. Don't ever use this company! Very unreliable. I was scheduled an appointment and they said they would come out. They never did. I called in the next day to see why they didn't come and the said they had scheduled a pseudo appointment where they would look at the model number in the computer ahead of time but they never got that info from m... read more
Casey did an exceptional job in diagnosing the issues with our microwave and after the parts were ordered came back and installed them and now our microwave is back to running great! Thank you Casey and Best Applicance
We had moved out and just put our house on the market when our microwave started having problems. This was in the middle of the pandemic. Best Appliance made some allowances and got it fixed in just a couple days. Thanks Best Appliance. You're now my "go to" for appliance repairs!👍
