Absolutely terrible experience and a massive waste of time. Dealing with this company cost me two full days of waiting around with no results at all. For the initial measurement/inspection, the technician was scheduled for the morning. I stayed home all day, only for him to finally roll up in the evening, a completely wasted day. Foolishly, I thought the actual installation would be better. It wasn't. The installer didn't show up until 6:00 PM (who wants people drilling in their house that late?), and to make matters worse... read more
