EJ and Alex were very responsive in dealing with an emergency when my furnace broke on a holiday weekend in the middle of winter. They later came to deal with a clogged drain and a broken thermostat. In each case they did their best to respond promptly and make sure I was satisfied with their work.

I woke up to a chilly house on a sub-freezing day -- a day which was unfortunately also a national holiday.
