Cole has been awesome to work with, he has a great customer relationship and makes things run very smoothly. I recommend him to all of our customers now that have air compressor needs and service on all air compressor components. Great customer service. Very efficient in scheduling and executing. Anytime our facility has an issue; they make it seem like we are top priority. If I could give 0 stars I would. Quoted $115 an hr. Was at my shop 1.25 hrs. Charged 1.5hrs. 45 min drive time each way. COOL. Now they're charging me a fuel charge of $1.25 per mile and for rags used in my shop @ $45.00? Are you kidding me? Originally invoiced me almost $50 higher until I called them out with the truth of the service call. They want your cc info and the 3 digit code on the back for the account set up paperwork. Now I know why. THIEVES! Stay far away from these CROOKS!
